📋 Description

• Lead market research and opportunity identification by maintaining a strong understanding of
• Lead new product categories from initial concept to launch, developing comprehensive launch
• Own the end-to-end growth strategy for each new product vertical, covering customer acquisition
• Develop strategies to introduce complementary products into existing customer journeys while

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience expanding an established direct-to-consumer (D2C) brand into new
• Strong background in consumer businesses and international D2C markets, ideally within
• Demonstrated expertise in growth strategy, including customer acquisition, performance marketing
• Strong commercial judgment and the ability to evaluate market opportunities, validate demand
• Excellent understanding of unit economics and growth metrics, including CAC, AOV, gross margin
• Proven experience leading complex product launches and coordinating cross-functional teams across
