📋 Description

• Act as primary SME and voice at events, user groups, and webinars.
• Create educational content, release notes, and product demos.
• Gather, synthesize, and prioritize customer feedback and gaps.
• Translate customer needs into actionable product requirements with PMs.
• Provide advanced product support and enablement to internal teams and clients.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in a customer-facing technology role (SaaS, training, or marketing).
• Hands-on experience administering or implementing enterprise SaaS platforms (e.g., Veeva Vault, Salesforce).
• Proven track record launching features, leading workshops, or managing user communities.
