📋 Description

• Establish frameworks to measure product-level ROI across fast-moving platform
• Operationalize ROI metrics to inform product investment and resource allocation
• Model AI developer tooling and token spend scaling with headcount
• Measure end-to-end cost of AI-enabled engineering including cloud spend impact
• Drive multi-year headcount planning across global engineering hubs
• Build scalable finance ops workflows and a high-performing finance team

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in Strategic/Product Finance or R&D FP&A
• Deep experience managing R&D OpEx and headcount modeling
• Track record partnering with senior Engineering leadership
• Systems-level thinking to re-engineer financial processes
• Experience building and developing high-output finance teams
• Preferred: SQL, Python, or Databricks proficiency
