📋 Description

• Own technical direction and architecture for the product group.
• Stay hands-on with code, design, and production issues.
• Lead technical design reviews and implementation planning.
• Mentor engineers through design and code reviews.
• Translate priorities into practical technical plans with PMs.
• Own L3 escalation and remediation for assigned systems.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of hands-on software engineering.
• 3+ years as technical lead or architect.
• Hands-on coding and production troubleshooting.
• Strong architecture, APIs, data modeling, and scalability.
• Able to lead design without formal people mgmt.
• Experience reducing tech debt and modernizing legacy systems.
