Product Group Team Lead / Architect

📋 Description

• Own technical direction, architecture, and engineering quality for an assigned product group.
• Stay hands-on with code, design decisions, and production problem solving.
• Translate business priorities into practical technical plans with Product/Delivery Managers.
• Mentor engineers through design reviews, code reviews, and hands-on coaching.
• Own L3 technical escalation for assigned systems and investigate complex production issues.
• Define release readiness with QA, DevOps, DBAs, Infra, and Security teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of hands-on software engineering experience.
• 3+ years as technical lead, software architect, principal engineer, or senior engineer.
• Strong hands-on development with ability to contribute to code and troubleshoot production issues.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, API design, data modeling, and security.
• Experience designing and supporting business-critical software in production.
• Ability to lead technical design and implementation planning without formal people management.
• Experience breaking down complex technical work into practical delivery steps.
• Experience with CI/CD, code reviews, testing practices, and release readiness.
