Product Group Team Lead / Architect

📋 Description

• Own technical direction, architecture, and engineering quality for an assigned product group.
• Stay hands-on in code, design, troubleshooting, and production issues.
• Lead design discussions, architecture reviews, and sequencing for the product group.
• Mentor engineers through design reviews and hands-on problem solving.
• Partner with Product/Delivery Managers to translate priorities into technical plans.
• Own L3 escalation for assigned systems, investigations, and remediation actions.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of hands-on software engineering experience.
• 3+ years as technical lead, architect, principal engineer, or senior role.
• Hands-on development with ability to contribute code and troubleshoot production issues.
• Knowledge of software architecture, API design, integration patterns, and data modeling.
• Experience designing and supporting production, business-critical software systems.
• Ability to lead technical design and planning without formal people management.
