• Own the affiliate growth strategy for one of Hostinger's products, identifying the highest-impact
• Turn data into decisions by analyzing performance metrics such as CPA, ROAS, LTV, and traffic
• Build and strengthen strategic partnerships, working closely with key affiliates to unlock new
• Drive cross-functional initiatives by partnering with Product Marketing, PPC, Content, Influencer

• Experience building growth strategies, partnerships, or affiliate marketing initiatives.
• Ability to understand technical products and communicate their value to different audiences.
• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and turn them into business
• Ability to analyze performance data and confidently work with metrics such as CPA, ROAS, LTV, and
