📋 Description

• Own growth initiatives from analysis through execution with cross-functional partners.
• Identify opportunities and deliver measurable impact for digital products.
• Lead experimentation programs: hypothesis creation, A/B tests, measurement frameworks.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Engineering, Marketing, and leadership.
• Present insights to translate data into actionable product decisions.
• Support launches, onboarding, adoption, and retention initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience developing growth strategies for digital products or platforms.
• Strong understanding of customer journeys and metrics across acquisition, activation, engagement
• Hands-on experience with analytics/product intelligence tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA4 or similar).
• Experience designing or managing product experiments and A/B tests.
• Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make strategic recommendations.
• Excellent communication/presentation skills; comfortable with remote, consulting work.
