📋 Description

• Own growth initiatives from analysis through execution amid cross-functional partnerships
• Translate data into actionable recommendations to improve product performance
• Lead experimentation programs: hypothesis creation, A/B testing, measurement, analysis
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Engineering, Marketing, and leadership
• Support launches, onboarding improvements, feature adoption, and retention projects
• Manage multiple client engagements in a consulting environment

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience developing growth strategies for digital products
• Strong understanding of customer journeys and core metrics (acquisition, activation, engagement
• Hands-on with behavioral analytics/product intelligence tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA4, etc.)
• Experience designing/evaluating/managing product experiments and A/B tests
• Ability to interpret data and turn insights into strategic recommendations
• Strong communication and presentation skills; comfortable with remote, consulting settings
