📋 Description

• Own growth initiatives from analysis to execution with cross-functional teams.
• Develop and execute growth strategies for acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and LTV.
• Analyze behavioral and product analytics to identify opportunities.
• Design and manage experimentation programs (A/B tests, measurement).

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience developing product growth strategies for digital products or platforms.
• Strong understanding of customer journeys and key metrics across acquisition, activation
• Hands-on experience with behavioral analytics and platforms such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA4.
• Experience designing, evaluating, or managing product experiments and A/B testing.
• Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and turn insights into strategic recommendations.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to
