📋 Description

• Own growth initiatives from analysis through execution with cross‑functional partners.
• Develop and execute product growth strategies across acquisition, activation, engagement
• Lead experimentation programs including hypothesis creation, A/B testing, and measurement
• Translate data into actionable recommendations for product decisions and roadmaps.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience developing growth strategies for digital products or platforms.
• Strong understanding of customer journeys and key product metrics across acquisition, activation
• Hands-on experience with behavioral analytics/product intelligence tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA4
• Experience designing/evaluating/managing product experiments and A/B testing.
• Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into strategic recommendations.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for clients and stakeholders.
