📋 Description

• Own growth initiatives from analysis through execution with cross-functional partners
• Identify opportunities to improve acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and CLV
• Translate data into actionable recommendations and lead experimentation
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Engineering, Marketing, and leadership
• Present insights to translate data into practical product actions
• Support launches, onboarding, feature adoption, and retention projects

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience developing product growth strategies for digital products
• Strong understanding of customer journeys and key product metrics
• Hands-on with behavioral analytics/product intelligence platforms (Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA4, etc.)
• Experience designing/evaluating/managing product experiments and A/B tests
• Ability to interpret data and turn insights into strategic recommendations
• Strong communication and presentation skills for technical and business audiences
