🎯 Requirements

• Experience growing digital products or platforms
• Strong understanding of acquisition, activation, engagement, retention
• Hands-on with Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA4, or similar
• Experience designing/managing product experiments and A/B testing
• Ability to interpret data and turn insights into strategy
• Excellent communication to technical and business audiences
