Product & GTM Manager – North America

📋 Description

• Own product GTM design, execution, and evaluation.
• Support product development from ideation to launch with Group teams.
• Adapt and enhance global product offerings for North America.
• Monitor product performance, KPIs, and market adoption; propose improvements.
• Act as local product expert; support internal stakeholders.
• Design and execute GTM strategies for new launches and initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Product Management, or related field.
• 5-7+ years in product mgmt, GTM, strategy, or related roles.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with sales, marketing, product, and Group.
• Proven ability to design and execute GTM strategies and launches.
• Analytical mindset with market and competitive analysis experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; translate complexity to messaging.
