Product Handling Taster I

📋 Description

• Assist in the training of newly hired Product Handlers
• Conduct walkthroughs of fermentation and conditioning areas to provide updates on product
• Utilize knowledge of enjoy by dates and special customer requirements to coordinate with Associates
• Respond to concerns from Product Handlers when product does not meet specifications and assist
• Reference target Brix, pH, and CO2 to determine whether product meets release criteria
• Report and assisting in resolving any inconsistency between product sample taste and quality

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED (preferred)
• 1-2 years of previous experience in quality, food/beverage, or manufacturing
