Product Implementation Manager, iQueue for Surgical Clinics

📋 Description

• Lead and independently manage customer implementations, from kickoff and discovery through data
• Leverage deep understanding of surgical case management and perioperative workflows to guide
• Communicate technical requirements and ensure that customer IT and process teams clearly understand
• Oversee the technical aspects of implementation, including building data pipelines, establishing
• Ensure prompt resolution of challenges while managing project progress and establishing
• Monitor progress throughout implementation to ensure customer readiness at go-lives; proactively

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in health sciences, engineering, business administration or related field or
• 3-5 years of customer-facing work experience in healthcare implementation
• Track record of applying strong quantitative and analytical skills in prior roles
• A maniacal obsession with customer happiness, success, and retention. You’re the type of person who
• Experience with general software implementation processes
• Foundational knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and/or CSS
