• Product Build & Setup Support
• Prepare, format, and proofread service briefs; upload images
• Support product setup; ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness
• Research & Development Support; destination, supplier, and itinerary research
• Consolidate research into clear, structured recommendations
• Workflow & Inbox Management; triage requests, track follow-ups

• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Proficiency with Excel and Google Sheets, and data templates
• Excellent written communication, drafting and proofreading
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Interest in travel and global destinations; quick synthesis of information
