📋 Description

• Drive GTM execution for product launches
• Build launch plans across Product, Marketing, Sales, Enablement, Finance, Legal, Support
• Identify and manage multi-functional risks and dependencies
• Stay close to product lines to tailor launch needs
• Own and evolve the NPI phase framework and gates
• Run post-launch retros and drive improvements

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in program mgmt, GTM strategy/ops, or consulting
• Experience launching products in tech
• Proven ability to build structure in ambiguity
• Strong risk/dependency management skills
• Experience with executive-facing reporting (Steerco, status)
• Excellent cross-functional communication for executives
