• Own end-to-end outcomes (hypothesis, roadmap, build, metrics, result)
• Find and execute the highest-impact bets
• Tackle hard, ambiguous problems, validate with data, ship with conviction
• Form strong points of view and kill projects honestly when data disagrees
• Scale scope across Freecash and into new verticals
