• Own end-to-end outcomes from hypothesis to delivery

• Think like a founder; own decisions with incomplete data
• Live in the data; comfortable with Amplitude, Looker, Hex
• Prioritize ruthlessly; pick few bets that matter now
• Lead ideation to launch and iteration across teams
• Built and shipped consumer-facing apps (mobile gaming/ads)
• Experience founding or scaling through hyper-growth
