📋 Description

• Work closely with the Chief Design Officer to shape the direction of Midjourney's products.
• Recruit, mentor, and lead the product management team.
• Stay close to the work by leading the most important and ambiguous product initiatives yourself.
• Go deep on difficult problems: talk to users, design experiments, analyze results.
• Partner closely with design, engineering, and research to bring new ideas into the world.
• Establish product reviews, planning rhythms, and decision processes.
