Product Lead

📋 Description

• Lead and grow a group of product engineers, coaching them on scope and delivery decisions
• Shape and lead 6-week Shape Up cycles for new features and provider integrations
• Simplify insurer onboarding, plan setup, premium management and benefit workflows
• Translate compliance and underwriting complexity into flows people complete
• Work across the whole business: Support, Success, Sales, and Operations
• Help shape the product areas as we add products and enter new markets

🎯 Requirements

• Product experience at lead, staff or principal level; strong senior candidates in scope
• Entrepreneurial experience: founding something, early-stage startup, or previous engineering
• Leadership in setting vision and strategy
• Comfort with fluid scope and quickly becoming useful in unfamiliar domains
• Strong cross-business collaboration (support, success, sales)
• High quality bar: proven experience in a rigorous environment
