📋 Description

• Serve as Binance's global product legal lead, providing regulatory guidance across product lifecycle
• Advise on regulatory implications of new features and market expansions
• Lead assessment and mitigation of regulatory risks across product suite
• Partner with product, engineering, compliance, risk, and BD to embed legal considerations
• Build and maintain scalable product compliance frameworks
• Act as decision-maker in product governance forums balancing regulation with business needs

🎯 Requirements

• Qualified to practice law in a leading jurisdiction with international regulatory experience
• 10+ years in regulatory legal roles, preferably in tech/fintech/crypto
• Deep knowledge of global financial product regulation incl. spot, derivatives, payments, digital
• Proven track record with product/engineering teams to shape decisions
• Experience managing complex regulatory matters and regulators across jurisdictions
• Leadership experience building and scaling legal teams
