📋 Description

• Serve as the technical authority across multiple development teams, making implementation
• Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex features across backend, frontend, and mobile platforms
• Break down ambiguous requirements into clearly scoped technical tasks and proactively identify
• Maintain an active player-coach role by regularly contributing high-quality production code and
• Conduct thorough and constructive code reviews that improve software quality and support the
• Mentor Software Engineers through pairing, design discussions, technical guidance, and hands-on

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent
• 5+ years of professional software development experience, including experience working in
• Deep proficiency in PHP and JavaScript/React, including software design patterns, performance
• Strong knowledge of relational database design, data modeling, and SQL optimization, particularly
• Demonstrated ability to mentor, coach, and upskill less experienced engineers.
• Strong technical problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to lead engineering
