📋 Description

• Own Growth product vision across two crews.
• Collaborate with designers, engineers, and ops.
• Partner with Marketing, Sales, Brand, and Data.
• Lead AI-native growth initiatives and experiments.
• Build the Growth team; manage PMs across communities.
• Align Conversion and Growth Infrastructure roadmaps.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in product; Lead or Group PM or Founder.
• Directly managed product managers; hiring and coaching.
• Shipped growth product: conversion, activation, or referral.
• Hands-on experimentation: A/B testing, significance, attribution.
• Hands-on in the engine: event tracking, funnel analysis.
• Close to AI; understands deploying AI/LLM products.
