Product Lead, Inpatient

📋 Description

• Define and execute the Inpatient Scribe roadmap for hospitalists and specialists.
• Deliver a documentation experience for inpatient care: rounding, handoffs, discharge.
• Drive clinician outcomes: time-to-chart, documentation completeness, ROI for admins.
• Own inpatient quality metrics: accuracy, latency, workflow completion.
• Partner with Engineering and Clinical AI/ML to adapt ambient capture and note models.
• Own the product vision for Patient Summary and Chart Chat within inpatient care.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years PM with vertical product ownership and roadmaps.
• Deep domain expertise in a complex, unfamiliar domain.
• Strong technical fluency: AI/ML, APIs, complex system design.
• Experience driving adoption in complex enterprise environments with multi-persona buyers.
• Based in SF, able to be in the office 3x/week.
• Experience with ambient AI, NLP, clinical documentation, or chart summarization is a plus.
