Own prioritization across core gameplay, meta progression, monetization, LiveOps.
Create product specifications for features, improvements, systems and experiments.
Build and manage the A/B testing roadmap with data-driven decisions.
Work with Analytics to monitor performance and growth opportunities.
Balance strategic vision with hands-on execution.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years in product mgmt or lead game design in mobile gaming.
Experience scaling mobile games and launching major features or KPIs.
Experience with action, PvP, competitive or skill-based games.
Hands-on game design around progression, economy, balancing, motivation.
Strong live mobile games experience, ideally midcore or hybrid-casual.
Excellent analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
