📋 Description

• Own the vision and multi-year roadmap for workforce identity.
• Ship zero-to-one concepts and launch v1s.
• Deliver end-to-end workforce verification lifecycle.
• Orchestrate in RiskOS using workflow engine and Hosted UX.
• Define success metrics, pricing, packaging, and positioning.
• Lead GTM with Sales/Marketing/CS to land lighthouse customers.

🎯 Requirements

• 7–10 years in product management/strategy with identity/risk leadership.
• Proven zero-to-one track record from concept to PMF.
• Strong GTM ownership: pricing, packaging, enablement.
• Technical fluency with ML and AI products.
• Executive-level communication and cross-functional influence.
• Bonus: HRIS/ATS, payroll, or workforce compliance; tech degree a plus.
