📋 Description

• Develop and own the product strategy and roadmap for assigned product areas, prioritizing
• Drive product initiatives designed to improve cost efficiency, clinical quality, member experience
• Partner closely with Engineering, Data Analytics, Operations, Clinical, Compliance, and other
• Translate complex product, operational, and analytical insights into clear recommendations
• Communicate product progress, performance, risks, and outcomes regularly to leadership and broader
• Serve as a subject matter expert for the assigned product domain and digital service delivery

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of software product management experience with a demonstrated record of launching
• Ideally, 4+ years of experience in healthcare, health insurance, care delivery, or a closely
• Strong experience developing product strategies and roadmaps based on quantitative and qualitative
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams
• Exceptional communication and synthesis skills, with the ability to gather diverse perspectives
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making capabilities.

🎁 Benefits

• Base salary range of $182,000–$217,000 per year.
