📋 Description

• Own the Finance systems vision and roadmap.
• Lead multi-year strategy for P2P, R2R, O2C.
• Partner with Finance and GTS to deliver automation and insights.
• Drive AI-native transformation across Finance workflows.
• Represent Finance technology in cross-functional forums.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in enterprise or business systems owning Finance tech.
• 4+ years in product design for finance workflows (P2P, R2R, O2C).
• SOX ITGC experience and collaboration with Internal Audit/external auditors.
• ERP/Finance architecture fluency: NetSuite/Oracle, Coupa, Avalara, Zip, Zuora.
• Partner with AI/data platform teams to embed AI in Finance processes.
• Built or scaled AI/automation in Finance workflows (reconciliations, invoicing, forecasting).
• Trusted partner to CFOs/Controllers; translate complexity into decisions.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with engineering and Finance.
