Product Leader, Finance Engineering

📋 Description

• Define and own the multi-year roadmap for Klaviyo Finance tech stack (P2P, O2C, R2R)
• Deliver automation and analytics across procure-to-pay, record-to-report, and order-to-cash
• Lead AI-native finance transformations with guardrails and measurable gains
• Design and optimize end-to-end Finance processes with ERP and integrations for close
• Partner with CFO/Finance leadership to translate strategy into product decisions
• Represent Finance Technology Systems in executive planning and roadmaps

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in enterprise or business systems with Finance tech ownership
• 4+ years in product design for O2C, R2R, P2P, billing, and close
• SOX ITGC experience with Internal Audit and external auditors
• Fluency in ERP/Finance apps (NetSuite/Oracle, Coupa, Zuora)
• Partner with engineering teams with AI-first mindset
• Built or scaled AI and automation in Finance workflows (reconciliations, invoicing)
