Product Leader, Finance Engineering

📋 Description

• Lead product strategy for Klaviyo's Finance tech stack
• Own multi-year roadmap for procure-to-pay, record-to-report, and order-to-cash
• Partner with Finance and GTS leaders to automate and improve workflows
• Drive AI-native transformation in Finance with guardrails and measurable gains
• Collaborate with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite/Oracle) and related platforms
• Represent Finance tech topics in executive forums and cross-functional initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in enterprise or business systems focusing on Finance technology
• 4+ years in product design for finance workflows (OTC, R2R, P2P, revenue/billing)
• Strong ERP/Finance app knowledge (NetSuite/Oracle, Coupa, Avalara, Zuora)
• SOX ITGC experience and collaboration with Internal Audit
• Proven ability to translate business strategy into product decisions
• Experience partnering with engineering and AI/data platforms
