Product Led Growth Manager

📋 Description

• Own the self-serve growth funnel end-to-end, defining, measuring, and improving signup, trial
• Act as product owner for the website and product UI, establishing the roadmap and priorities for
• Partner with engineers and designers to ship iterative improvements to the website, application
• Design and run conversion experiments, developing hypotheses, launching A/B tests, analyzing
• Optimize product-led growth journeys originating in developer ecosystems, open source
• Develop a deep understanding of developer workflows and identify ways to improve the first hands-on

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience in growth, growth product management, lifecycle marketing, or
• Proven success driving growth within B2B SaaS, developer-focused products, or businesses operating
• Strong understanding of how technical users and developers evaluate, adopt, and expand their use of
• Experience working with developer tools, APIs, data products, open-source ecosystems, or other
• Demonstrated ownership of website conversion and demand capture, with a focus on turning traffic
• Track record of improving activation, free-to-paid conversion, expansion, and/or churn reduction
