• Monitor and analyze local regulatory changes affecting Coupa's product.
• Assess impact on product capabilities, data models, and integrations.
• Liaise with third-party compliance partners; consolidate guidance.
• Create and maintain internal regulatory playbooks and materials.
• Present regulatory options and recommendations to product leadership.
• Translate regulatory text into business requirements and product impacts.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years regulatory compliance experience in the Japanese market.
• Experience with SaaS, FinTech, ERP, or Procure-to-Pay platforms.
• Strong understanding of e-invoicing, tax compliance, digital reporting.
• Translate regulations into product-ready requirements.
• Experience partnering with advisory firms or compliance tech providers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
