Product Management- Director

📋 Description

• Own vision, roadmap, OKRs for cross-border payments
• Write PRDs, plan sprints, deliver from spec to launch
• Collaborate with engineering on payment orchestration, FX, ledger, APIs
• Conduct customer research: interviews, usability tests, funnel analysis
• Ensure regulatory compliance across jurisdictions with low friction
• Identify AI/ML leverage in routing, fraud, pricing, ops automation

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in product management with shipping at scale
• 3–4+ years in FinTech/Payments; cross-border FX/remittances focus
• Solid understanding of payment systems: processors, FX, settlement, SWIFT
• Hands-on with PRDs, sprints, and agile engineering collaboration
• Working knowledge of AML/KYC, sanctions licensing in cross-border context
• Clear communicator able to write specs and align cross-functional teams
