📋 Description

• Conduct product discovery by identifying patient, clinician, and care team pain points through
• Translate ambiguous problems into clear product requirements, workflows, and success metrics
• Partner with engineering, design, clinical, and operational teams to prototype, launch, and iterate
• Roll up your sleeves to drive impact wherever needed – from shadowing patient calls and training

🎯 Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related
• Prior internship or equivalent experience working on products, technology, healthcare, or customer
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure ambiguous questions
• A product-first mindset and genuine interest in understanding user needs and driving real-world
• Deep curiosity about AI, LLMs, and emerging technologies, paired with sound judgment on leveraging
