📋 Description

• Support Device Trust product team in discovery, definition, and execution.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and go-to-market partners.
• Turn product initiatives into requirements, user stories, and release notes.
• Document Device Trust workflows with IAM patterns (SSO, OAuth, MFA).
• Summarize input from support, sales, and customers into themes tied to outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• Familiarity with IAM systems and auth methods (SSO, OAuth/OIDC, SAML, MFA).
• Ability to convert ideas into clear requirements and user stories.
• Experience using AI tools for research, synthesis, and prototyping.
• Strong written and verbal communication; collaborative mindset.
• Curiosity, humility, and willingness to learn.
• Basic SQL or data/metrics comfort.
