• Prototype with AI: Use AI prototyping tools to build working demos, spin up lightweight services
• Drive the build forward: Work alongside engineering to unblock and drive the build forward, working
• Partner on go-to-market: Work hand-in-hand with the Strategic Use Case Leads and commercial teams

🎯 Requirements

• Typically 10+ years experience, including a track record owning a meaningful product area
• Enough technical fluency to build — you can prototype with AI tooling, LLM APIs and a scripting
• An AI-native way of working that's already part of how you operate, not an aspiration
• Comfort operating in a regulated, data-rich, sustainability or risk domain — or the curiosity and
• Sharp problem framing and communication — you walk into the room with a recommendation, not an open
• Be fluent in English (as our primary working language)
