📋 Description

• Define product strategy and roadmap for AI-powered UPI experiences.
• Build autonomous AI agents for payments, dispute resolution, customer assistance, and transaction recommendations.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Data Science, Design, and Risk teams to deliver AI-first products.
• Leverage LLMs, AI agents, and workflow automation to improve user engagement and operational efficiency.
• Drive experimentation using analytics, customer insights, and A/B testing.
• Ensure compliance with NPCI guidelines, privacy, and responsible AI practices.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–8 years of Product Management experience in FinTech, Payments, or AI products.
• Understanding of UPI, digital payments, and banking ecosystems.
• Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, Agentic AI frameworks, and AI product development.
• Strong analytical skills with SQL and product analytics tools.
• Excellent stakeholder management and execution capabilities.
