Product Manager

📋 Description

• Ramp on Stellar network, meet teams, and ship first end-to-end improvement
• Own a product area, build a prioritized roadmap, and establish delivery cadence
• Define roadmap across core protocol, enterprise, DeFi, and developer tooling
• Talk to users, developers, and partners; translate needs into actionable requirements
• Use AI tools to generate prototypes, mockups, and working demos
• Partner with Engineering and Design to ship high-quality products

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years shipping software end-to-end
• AI tools experience, building working prototypes, not just specs
• Translate user needs into long-term vision and near-term technical requirements
• Strong written and verbal communication; align engineers, designers, and partners
• Comfort with technical products and ambiguity; bias to ship
• High user empathy and a high bar for quality
