🎯 Requirements

5-7 years in product mgmt, ops, or similar.
Experience shipping software with engineering teams.
Write clear specs and acceptance criteria.
Comfortable with technical products; edge cases matter.
Must-have: Mechanical Engineering, PLM; Good-to-have: 3D, CAD, startup.
Startup experience preferred; on-site.
