📋 Description

• Build and own the contractor-experience roadmap for 360Finance, translating company objectives into
• Define clear success metrics for contractor engagement and hold the team accountable to outcomes.
• Lead product initiatives across the full contractor journey from onboarding through point-of-sale
• Craft clear, comprehensive PRDs that communicate requirements, acceptance criteria, and technical
• Partner closely with product, engineering, design, and account management to ship high-quality
• Drive adoption and stickiness of 360Finance among contractors by identifying and removing UX

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of product management experience, managing multiple products or features simultaneously.
• Demonstrated experience improving a weak or underdeveloped UX - diagnosing root causes
• Roadmap-building expertise; ability to turn ambiguous problems into clear, actionable priorities.
• Competent in competitive and market research, with fluency in consumer and business/customer sides
• Proven ability to design, execute, and analyze A/B tests and data-driven experiments.
• Experience building analytics instrumentation and dashboards essentially from scratch (Heap or
