Product Manager

📋 Description

• Own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for Clearing & Settlement.
• Define strategy aligned to customer needs, operational efficiency, scheme requirements, and business goals.
• Translate market, client, and scheme requirements into product requirements and priorities.
• Manage clearing message ingestion and processing.
• Oversee settlement, reconciliation, and controls for accuracy and auditable outcomes.
• Drive delivery of new payment scheme integrations and network capabilities.

🎯 Requirements

• Expert knowledge of card clearing and settlement processes (Visa, Mastercard).
• Understanding of settlement reporting, reconciliation, interchange, assessments, and scheme fees.
• Ability to translate complex payment and scheme requirements into product plans.
• Stakeholder management and strong execution skills.
• Technical fluency, comfortable collaborating with engineers on APIs and integrations.
• Experience with SQL/data analysis is advantageous.
