• Empathy for consumers and passion for solving problems.
• Comfortable wearing multiple hats (marketer/researcher/analyst).
• 2+ years in digital consumer products; startup experience preferred.
• Strategic thinker who can outline priorities and move fast.
• Technical bonus: SQL and ability to read code.
