📋 Description

• Define roadmap for Agentic Orchestration area (runtime, planner, governance).
• Translate advances in reasoning and planning into enterprise features.
• Build ecosystem around agents, processes, connectors for sharing patterns.
• AI-enabled PM: synthesize signals, draft specs, prototype flows, evaluate.
• Collaborate with engineering, GTM, and customer teams to drive adoption.
• Define and own metrics (task success, cost-per-completion, time-to-value) to guide priorities.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-4 years combined experience in product management and software engineering.
• Technical background shipping cross-functional products with AI/research teams.
• Track record delivering enterprise SaaS, automation, workflow, iPaaS products.
• Hands-on with frontier models and agent frameworks (LangGraph, AutoGen, MCP).
• AI literacy in practice: use AI tools for research, specs, prototyping.
• Strong data synthesis instinct; comfortable in SQL/notebooks to guide decisions.
