Product Manager

📋 Description

• Own and grow the Engagement Team to boost engagement and retention.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, and Data Analytics to deliver value.
• Improve adoption, retention, and time-to-value through strategy and execution.
• Lead AI and MCP roadmap, using GenAI to make insights actionable.
• Produce content/recommendations powering experiences; ensure trust framing.
• Define and track success metrics for adoption and value in remote work.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years PM experience, ideally on technical/data-driven products.
• Startup and SaaS experience.
• Dynamic pricing experience in travel/hospitality.
• Work with revenue mgmt, data science, and engineering on quantitative products.
• AI-forward mindset; eager to apply GenAI.
• Bonus: Travel platform integrations, AI/MCP familiarity, SQL.
