Product Manager

📋 Description

• Own the backlog, PRDs, and release planning for your product area; keep requirements, acceptance
• Partner with engineering leads on scoping, sequencing, and trade-offs within each release; help the
• Track delivery, surface risks early, and keep stakeholders informed with crisp written updates.
• Contribute to the roadmap for your area under the direction of the responsible senior PM or the VP
• Run customer and user interviews (external customers, internal mission teams, partners), synthesize
• Instrument your product, track usage and performance, and use evidence rather than opinion when

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of Product Management experience shipping technical products — ideally spanning software
• Demonstrated ability to translate customer and user needs into clear requirements and acceptance
• Strong written communication: PRDs, decision memos, release notes, and status updates that are
• Comfort working closely with engineers on technical trade-offs; able to read enough of a design doc
• Strong execution instincts: can run a backlog, keep a release on track, and know when to escalate.
• Curiosity and willingness to grow inside a deep-tech domain; receptive to feedback and coaching
