Product Manager

📋 Description

• Own product strategy and roadmap for Metering, Telemetry & Analytics.
• Define telemetry and customer engagement roadmap with data pipelines.
• Assess and compare telemetry, billing, and metering solutions.
• Instrument telemetry to support commercial strategies: subscriptions.
• Collaborate with engineering and business teams to turn data into pricing insights.
• Lead regular business reviews and align work with key drivers.

🎯 Requirements

• Early career candidates with PM practices: requirements, specs, UAT, and dev.
• Experience with OS management software, telemetry, or observability.
• Data science skills to identify metrics meeting business needs.
• Experience with CSP/PaaS/SaaS environments is desirable.
• Knowledge of AI tools for predictive analytics and trends.
• Experience with proactive monitoring and telemetry dashboards (Nexthink, ServiceNow).
• Knowledge of Linux OS (RHEL a plus) at scale.
• Excellent communication to C-level and technical teams.
