Product Manager

📋 Description

• Own and manage the product backlog, clearly defined and prioritized
• Translate business needs into structured requirements and user stories
• Partner with engineering and design to ensure clarity and quality
• Facilitate sprint planning and backlog refinement to keep the team on track
• Deliver backlog-driven work and ship AI features quickly (30–45 days)
• Build strong relationships with clients and delivery teams from day one

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in product management or product ownership
• Experience in Higher Education (Colleague ERP, SIS, LMS)
• Strong understanding of agile delivery practices
• Experience writing requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Experience working with clients or external stakeholders
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Miro
