📋 Description

• Own and evolve the product roadmap across the clinical and business applications portfolio, using a
• Lead product discovery — engaging clinical and business stakeholders and end users directly to
• Write product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria; partner with technical and
• Maintain the product backlog end to end, balancing new capabilities, enhancements, and technical
• Work with business stakeholders to define success metrics and KPIs for each initiative, track
• Partner with PACE Center Leadership, the Office of the CMO, Population Health, Practice Operations

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years as a Product Manager or Product Owner, ideally in healthcare, health tech, or another
• Demonstrated ability to run discovery, write clear requirements/user stories, and prioritize a
• Comfort using success metrics and relevant data to make and defend prioritization calls for
• Excellent communication skills and ability to facilitate cross-departmental meetings, including
• Strong documentation skills, especially product requirement docs, roadmap artifacts, and
